Description

Our Darkest Roast, similar to our Dark Roast in blend, but different in the roast profile. As coffee continues to roast it will carbonize, and progressive get lighter, more bitter, and start to expel its oils, without careful supervision the roast can become unpalatable.

We take this roast right to the very edge to bring the robust flavors that only a dark roast can, while maintaining the rich complex oils of the bean
