We source only the highest quality mushrooms from our partners at From Spore to More in Fox River Grove, Il. Eric and his team produce an array of delicious gourmet mushrooms, than I personally use every week at the Restaurant. Every week the team at Spore to More takes the unsold mushrooms and at their peak ripeness dehydrates them to lock in their flavor and compounds.
Every week we take this powder and make our next batch of Mycelium Monday. We made sure that we chose a blend and ratio that allowed the coffee flavors to shine through, no more dredging through “coffee alternatives” or some of these heavy earthy flavored blends on the market. Coffee should taste like coffee, period. Each bag of coffee is 10% powdered mushrooms, every pot brewed has around 5 grams of mushroom solubles

Each batch is Pre-ground for a semi-coarse Drip setup. Can be used in any drip, pour over or French press
